I wonder if judges throughout the country realize that they must now be whores for the right wing or they will be slandered for being unpardonably biased any time they rule against the interests of radical Republicans? Do they know that any judgment that differs from Randall Terry’s or Tom DeLay’s is no longer attributable to a difference in legal opinion but is instead considered a reflection of their dishonesty and corruption? Perhaps many of them don’t mind being a rubber stamp for Grover Norquist and Jerry Falwell. It certainly makes the job easier.
This poor girl should be able to go home and let her parents take care of her. You took the tube out because HER HUSBAND who now has a new family SAYS she made that comment years ago. When your young and you feel you have the world at your fingertips you do not discuss death much. Does he have an agenda,is insurance money involved? Why should he care if her parents are willing to take care of her!? He already moved on. If I were him I would concentrate on my new family and every once in a while see if Terrys parents need help. I think it’s Gods choice to take her when her time comes, not the courts. Is it money, tax payers or Government?Well what about the murders who live for years on death row doing appeal after appeal, we do not starve them to death. This woman is thirsty and starving it’s not her fault she had a heart attack I vote PUT THE TUBE BACK IN, LET HER GO HOME AND LET GOD TAKE HER WHEN HE IS READY!!!!!!

Your death row argument is pretty pathetic. People on death row are not in a persistant vegetative state. They don’t have spinal fluid in their brain cavity like Terri does.
And besides, why don’t you want her to see god? Isn’t going to heaven a good thing?
