IE flops – Please Stand By

April 18, 2005

I’ve been made aware of the fact that some Internet Explorer users can’t see the title of the blog. Actually, it’s much quirkier than that, as the text will usually become visible if the text size is set to extra large, or if a user scrolls down the page and then back up.

Since about 75 percent of you use Internet Explorer, I am doing my best to clean things up, but in the meantime, if you’d like to painlessly download and install Firefox, the free, better alternative to Internet Explorer, you can immediately wallow in all the glory of BlogWood as it was meant to be wallowed in.

Oh, and those of you who signed up for email notifications will notice that you’re now getting notified for every new post instead of once a day. It seems that I’m stuck with either all or nothing, but the good news is that you can easily unsubscribe by following the handy links provided in the emails.

Norwood is right. Once you give up IE you won’t be back. Firefox has very few pop ups or ads.
