Ken Hagan placed an item on the Dec. 7 commission agenda to discuss tweaking Hillsborough’s rules governing adult entertainment venues.
Hagan, a Buccaneers season ticket holder who represents northern Hillsborough County, said he was shocked to learn of a bus turned strip club operating near Bucs games.
