Get Up with MorningWood

Get Up with MorningWood, on Community Radio WMNF 88.5 fm, Tampa, and streaming at wmnf.org.
4 to 6 am every Tuesday!

Studio line: 813-239-9663. Call or email the studio anytime!

Today on MorningWood

Lots of new releases and my usual smattering of songs with a message. Call the studio when you hear the choir starting the MorningWood theme song in the middle of each hour, and I might just give you something special! (Don’t call at the top of the hour - that doesn’t count!)

The March of a Thousand Billionaires

Tropical Feetwave: The March of a Thousand Billionaires

We’re having our 3rd annual Tropical Feetwave parade. Come and join us on May 1st, right before Heatwave. Dress as your favorite billionaire and come prepared to defend the greedy and belittle those “Lucky Ducky” poor and unemployed who get to sit around all day in government subsidized housing while billionaires like us are forced to inherit our wealth and occasionally pay some tax.

Marathon is right around the corner!

It’s fundraising time again: The MorningWood marathon show is just 2 weeks away. Marathon starts next week, and runs through April 21.

WMNF relies on the support of our loyal listeners to stay on the air. We have no sugar daddies, and only a smattering of State funding. If you enjoy MorningWood and WMNF, please call on April 20 between 4 and 6 am. If you’re usually not up at 4 in the morning and you’d like to support MorningWood anyway, call 813-226-2550 or email norwood@wmnf.org and I’ll get your vital information ahead of time and count your pledge toward my show’s goal.

Thanks!
