and counting... 64 just last week, making it the deadliest week of the war.

April is already the second deadliest month of the war. We need to stop killing these people who we purport to be liberating and find a way out of this mess. (Here’s a hint: getting out is going to have to involve admitting we made a mistake, begging the UN for help, sharing the reconstruction contracts with the rest of the world, and ceding control of Iraqi security and assets. Troops are dying in record numbers and irreparable harm is being done because Dubya don’t wanna lose face the election.)
